While receiving hospice care, you will receive visits from your personal team of healthcare professionals including nurses, certified nursing assistants, social workers, spiritual counselors, and volunteers. Each has been trained to meet the patient’s physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and personal care needs. Your hospice team will help with bathing, medication management, wound care, and more.
In addition, all medications, medical equipment, and medical supplies related to your terminal illness will be provided at no cost to you and/or your family. Contact us for additional information.
